SHIPPING

We know you're excited to receive your order, and we work to get every package on its way as quickly as possible!

Please allow 24–72 hours for order processing, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery is 2–5 business days.

All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information so you can follow your package along the way.

Please note that shipping and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged.

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Your email must include:

• Your full name
• Order number
• Name of the damaged item
• Clear photo(s) showing the damage

Requests submitted after the 24-hour period may not be eligible for assistance.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Need to cancel your order? Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once the 24-hour cancellation period has passed, your order can no longer be canceled and our All Sales Final policy will apply.
